Computer Application IT Training
Torian IT Solutions provide computer application IT training services for applications such as Windows and Microsoft Office versions 2003, 2007 & 2010. Trainers are also available to delivery sessions for Crystal Reports, FrontRange's help desk software package HEAT and Goldmine CRM. We utilise a number of trainers whose experience covers a wide variety of applications as well as the skills required to develop training documentation. We also deliver bespoke systems training courses as required.
- Microsoft Access - Course content includes; creating tables, queries and forms
- Microsoft Excel - Course content includes; creating workbooks & worksheets, using cells, rows, columns, autosum functions, formula and formatting excel worksheets
- Microsoft Word - Course content includes; creating & editing documents, working with tables, formatting and mail merge functions
- Microsoft Project - Course content includes; task entry & linking, working with resources and views and updating project files
- Microsoft Powertpoint - Course content includes; creating presentations, adding slide content, pictures, clip art, charts and other types of objects
- Crystal Reports v7 to 2008 - Course content includes; creating reports, organising data on reports and formatting
- FrontRange HEAT - Training on the FrontRange HEAT product is usually bespoke and developed to fit with the configured version of the application used by a customer
- Sage ACT! - Course content includes; basic navigation, working with contacts, activities and sales opportunities
- Quotewerks - Course content includes; examining different types of fields, document layouts and reporting
- Goldmine CE & PE - Course content includes; working with client data, reporting and dashboards
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 - Course content includes; understanding your CRM entities, working with customer information and other entity data. As Microsoft CRM is highly configurable, training documentation can be developed for customers and rolled out as required
